E-Mail Filter: Office 2007 Dateien (pptx, xlsx, docx)

Hallo,

da wir inzwischen vermehrt Office 2007 Dokumente geschickt bekommen ist der Umstand aufgefallen, dass diese Dateiformate wenn an eine E-Mail angehängt, immer vom Filter ersetzt werden.

Was wäre die richtige Einstellung unter Dienste>>>Emailfilter>>>Anhang>>>Filterlisten um diese drei Dateitypen explizit zu erlauben. Bisher stehen diese Endungen auch nicht in der aktuell verwendeten Liste. Benutzt wird gerade standardmässig "Vordefiniert: Ausführbare Dateien". Denke hier ziehen dann die MIME-Typen Einstellungen, die die pptx, docx und xlsx momentan herausfiltern.

Hallo,

die Office-2007-Dateien an sich werden vom Filter nicht blockiert. Häufig betten Benutzer jedoch Grafik-Dateitypen ein, die evtl. aktive Inhalte enthalten können und daher standardmäßig geblockt werden. Dies sind insbesondere die Dateitypen emf und wmf.

Was Sie jetzt machen können um diese Dateitypen zu erlauben ist folgendes:
- Legen Sie eine neue Filterliste an
- Kopieren Sie alles, was derzeit an Endungen und MIME-Typen unter Ausführbare Dateien gesperrt ist
- Lassen Sie emf und wmf weg
- Stellen Sie die Standard-Filterliste auf Ihre neu definierte Liste um

Danach sollten diese Dateien auch durchkommen. Achten Sie aber darauf, daß alle Ihre Rechner die neuesten Office-Updates haben. Ansonsten kann ein in diesen Dateitypen enthaltener Virus, der noch nicht vom Virenscanner erkannt wird, durchschlüpfen und Schaden anrichten.

wir haben nun mittlerweile das selbe Problem.
Ich habe wie von Ihnen beschrieben eine neue Liste angelegt, leider wurde beim Test der Anhang wieder gesperrt.

XML ist nicht in der Liste der gesperrten Anhänge.
Haben Sie noch eine Idee ?

Hallo Herr Hildebrandt,

ist Ihre neue Filterliste vielleicht ausversehen auf "Freigabeliste" statt auf "Sperrliste" gestellt? Text/XML Inhalt sollte normalerweise durchgehen.

Guten Morgen Herr Hildebrandt,

von der Sperrliste her sollte es passen. Vermutlich ist diese Sperrliste auch die neue Standard-Filterliste. Die einzelnen Benutzer erhalten Ihre Berechtigung über die Gruppen.
Erstellen Sie Testweise einen Benutzer, welcher nur in der "Alle" Gruppe ist und stellen Sie die "Alle" Gruppe auf Ihre neue Sperrliste. Klappt es dann mit dem Empfang?

das ist richtig die neue Liste ist die Standard Filterliste.
Mit einem User nur in der Gruppe "Alle" hat es auch nicht geklappt.
Ich habe nun mal in die Log Datei geschaut und folgendes gefunden:

Da fällt mir sofort auf das da überall was von "zip" steht. ZIP Dateien sind bei uns aber gesperrt.

Die Dateiformate von Office 2007 (docx etc.) sind intern Zip-Dateien, nur heißen sie halt nicht so. Dennoch werden die ganzen XML- und Grafikinhalte, die in der Office-Datei enthalten sind, als einzelne Dateien erstellt, dann im Zip-Format in eine Datei zusammengepackt und das dann docx etc. genannt.

Der Intranator erkennt Dateien nicht nur an der Endung, denn das wäre ja viel zu leicht zu umgehen, sondern eben auch am Inhalt. Sobald Sie also die Endung .zip verbieten, ist alles, was das Zip-Format verwendet unabhängig von der verwendeten Endung automatisch auch verboten.
